Notification of Registration
A confirmation of your registration will be issued upon receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting documents and full payment of the registration fee by the designated deadline will be altered as to an On-site registration by congress secretariat.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation should be made in writing or fax to the secretariat. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follow:
• Cancellation received by October 30, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation received after November15 , 2025 : NO REFUND
• All refund will be made after the congress.
