Notification of registration
A confirmation of your registration will be issued upon receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting documents and full payment of the registration fee by the designated deadline will be altered as an on-site registration by congress secretariat.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by fax to the secretariat. The refund amount will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
ㆍCancellations received before October 30, 2025: A full refund will be issued.
ㆍCancellations received between October 30 and November 14, 2025: A half refund will be issued.
ㆍCancellations received on or after November 15, 2025: NO REFUND.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
